The more we stay connected to our higher mind – which we also call the universe, the source, or spirit – the more we strengthen and build that crucial bridge between ourselves and our higher consciousness. While we’re all born connected to this divine awareness, we have a tendency to pull away from what was once natural.

In third dimensional terms, the higher mind is located an inch ( 2.5 cm) up from the Center of the Head ( a point of observation behind the eyes) and inch and half (3.8 cm) back. It is a place of stillness and is much more expansive than the Center of the Head. It is in the Higher Mind that you begin to become aware of all that you are and all that you are part of.  It is here, in the Still point of the Higher Mind where all information can be found. The higher mind is vast. It is quite, and there is a detachment from the world around you.

There is focus, clarity, and curiosity, but no questions are asked. It is through the Higher mind that conscious contact with your Soul begins. It is from here that access to the heart becomes available in a manner that is totally unapproachable from the noisy third dimension. Third dimensional words are inadequate to describe the state of awareness and ease that accompanies living from the Higher Mind. There are many important opportunities that arises by observing life from this vantage point, but none is more important than your reconnection to your Soul.
