1) Do you ever have concerns about money - and work?
I certainly do... and my guess is that I’m not the only one [wink]
It’s not a topic we talk much about in spiritual circles. Yet it’s something that affects each of us, every day. And one that also raises a lot of fears & questions, like:

- Why don’t I seem to have enough? How do I generate more?
- Is it really possible to do meaningful work, or things I love, and have a decent income?
- Will I have enough for the long term/retirement?
- How do we generate money in ways that honour our spiritual/personal values?
- What’s stopping/blocking me from having more?
Let me use myself as an example. I’m pretty active in giving & serving in the world. I always try to do my best and raise people through what I do. Yet not enough money flows through my chosen work – so the thought of ‘just get a job’ seizes my mind at times, in order to pay the bills. And I question what is truly right action.
I know I’m not alone in that. Many of you are doing work that is close to your heart and feels truly valuable – from coaching to counselling, improving health to the environment, business leadership to work with congregations, sacred activism to expressing your heart & soul through arts/creative work, and much more. But the income isn’t commensurate with the work you do, or perhaps even enough to sustain you.
So why is that?........  Read more here

A little Soul Refreshment: Letter to a Person on their First Day

3) Tip of the Week: What is Conscious Capitalism?
Conscious Capitalism is a movement, and an organization, worth investigating. It's goal is to elevate humanity through business. It's main principles include higher purpose and conscious leadership. And it is attracting some of the top 'conscious business people' in the United States (and around the world).
